Reservation policy

  • A minimum deposit of 20% (non-refundable) of the total amount to be paid upon reservation.
  • The balance to be paid 30 days prior to your occupation date.
  • A minimum deposit of 50% to be paid if your reservation is made within thirty (30) days of your occupation date. The balance to be paid when you check in.
  • No refunds on cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the occupation date.
  • A refundable security deposit of $1500 maximum is required on every unit rented. This deposit must be paid by credit card upon your arrival before we hand over the keys.
  • You must be at least 25 years of age to rent a cottage and must be present during the stay.
  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy posted for each cottage anytime during your stay.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking is allowed in the cottages.
